About This Site

Manila Airport Hotel Guide (manilaairporthotel.com) is an independent editorial guide to hotels at and around Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA, airport code MNL). It is written for travellers who need a practical answer to one question: where should I stay before an early flight, after a late arrival, or between two connections at Manila?

The site has covered the Newport City hotels since the Runway Manila footbridge opened, and it was rebuilt in 2026 for the airport as it is now: the New NAIA Infrastructure Corporation running the terminals, Terminal 4 closed, the March and April 2026 airline reshuffle between Terminals 1 and 3, the terminal fee inside the ticket, the free 24-hour inter-terminal shuttle, and the First Meridian Lounge and Wings Transit Hotel at Terminal 3. We list only hotels that are open and taking guests, and only hotels with more than 30 rooms; the eight on this site range from 190 to 737 rooms.

The site is not owned by, or affiliated with, the New NAIA Infrastructure Corporation or the Manila International Airport Authority (the airport operators), Newport World Resorts, City of Dreams Manila, any airline or any hotel chain featured on these pages.

How we research hotel information

Every hotel page is compiled from the hotel’s own published information first, then the airport operator’s transport, parking and terminal pages, then booking platform listings. We focus on the details that matter for airport stays: whether a hotel is a walk from Terminal 3 across Runway Manila or a drive from Terminals 1 and 2; how long the walk takes and whether the hotel runs a van to the bridge; whether breakfast is included; parking costs and park-sleep-fly packages; pools, kids’ clubs and family rooms; and facilities relevant to short stays such as 24-hour room service, lounges and early check-in. Where a hotel’s own site and a booking platform disagree, we follow the hotel and say so.

Each page shows the date its information was last verified. Prices, terminal assignments, lounge access rules, fares and parking rates change; always confirm current details with the hotel, the booking site, the airport or the carrier before you travel.

How the site is funded

The site is funded through affiliate links to Booking.com. If you book a hotel through a link on this site, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects which hotels we list or how we describe them. Details are on our affiliate disclosure page.
