NAIA Parking and Park, Sleep and Fly: Terminal Lots, Park 'N Fly and Hotels with Free Parking
Driving to NAIA is common for Filipino families and for anyone leaving from the provinces south of the city, and the parking question has two answers: the terminal lots, which are simple and cannot be reserved, or a night at a Newport hotel with free parking and a five- to ten-minute walk to Terminal 3 in the morning. This guide gives the 2026 rates and the park, sleep and fly options, hotel by hotel.
Terminal parking rates
Every terminal lot charges the same: ₱56 for the first two hours, ₱25 for each succeeding hour, and ₱1,200 per 24 hours overnight (motorcycles ₱22, ₱10 and ₱480). Verified passengers can claim 50% off the overnight rate after validation, which brings a day to about ₱600; keep the parking ticket, the boarding pass and the receipt. The lots are first come, first served with no advance booking, and the operator publishes live slot counts that are worth checking before a holiday weekend departure.
Where to park at each terminal
Terminal 1 has Parking B, on the right of the terminal before the arrivals kerb and the shorter walk with luggage, and Parking C along PASCOR Drive, further out. Terminal 2 has Car Park 1 directly in front and Car Park 2 on the left. Terminal 3 has the most choice: Car Park 1 outdoors on the right near the main approach, the open surface parking in front of arrivals for pick-ups, and the Multi-Level Parking building beside arrivals near the Bay 14 entrance, the covered option and the one to use when leaving a car for several days.
Park ‘N Fly
The private Park ‘N Fly lot on MIA Road at the corner of Domestic Road, just outside the airport, is open 24 hours every day with a free air-conditioned shuttle van to the terminals: ₱595 for the first 24 hours and about ₱25 an hour after that for cars, VAT included. Its selling point is the on-site garage, which services, details and shampoos the car while you are away; on price alone it is level with the discounted terminal rate, and the shuttle adds waiting time in both directions, so for a plain park-and-fly the terminal lots are simpler.
Park, sleep and fly at the hotels
The Newport hotels turn an early departure from Terminal 3 into a sleep, a walk and no car at all on the morning of the flight. The Manila Marriott Hotel gives registered guests free self-parking, one pass per room (valet ₱50 a day); the Hilton Manila has free covered, secured parking entered from Jasmine Drive (valet ₱180); the Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport City offers complimentary parking for guests and the cheapest room on this side of the airport. The Belmont Hotel Manila is the one with a packaged offer: Rest and Jet bundles a night, breakfast, wellness access, early check-in, late check-out and two nights of free parking, and its car park has an EV charger. The Sheraton uses the resort’s shared car park at ₱50 an hour, and the Nobu Hotel Manila has free parking at City of Dreams for Terminal 1 and 2 departures. For stays longer than the parking inclusion, ask the hotel for an extended-parking rate when you book and compare it with ₱600 a day at the terminal.
The morning of the flight
From any Newport hotel, leave the car where it is and walk: Runway Manila lands you in the Terminal 3 arrivals hall in five to ten minutes, an escalator from the departures level, with no shuttle to wait for. If your flight is from Terminal 1 or 2, drive the 15 to 25 minutes round the airport and use that terminal’s lot, or take a Grab and keep the car at the hotel. Our terminals guide lists which airline uses which terminal after the 2026 reshuffle.
